4 Eggs
2 Tasse Milk
2 Tasse All-purpose flour
2 EL Sugar
1/2 TL Salt
1 TL Vanilla
Oil for frying
Beat eggs until just before they begin to foam. Add the milk a
little at a time. Add flour gradually.
Beat until smooth. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Heat hot oil/
Place iron in hot oil, then in batter Fry one at a time until golden.
Sprinkle with granualated sugar.
