Pumpkin And Cumin Soup

  • 2 TL Ground cumin
  • 3 Tasse Water
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 2 Chicken stock cubes
  • 1 Butternut pumpkin (1kg)
  • 1 Essl Chives, chopped

  • Heat butter in pan, add onion, cook until transparent, add cumin, cook, stirring for 2 mins. Add crumbled stock cubes, water, peeled and chopped pumpkin and nutmeg. Cover and simmer 15 mins or until pumpkin is tender. Puree and reheat. Serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
