  • 4 Veal cutlets
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • - little milk
  • - breadcrumbs
  • - oil for frying

  • Mix egg and milk and salt. Salt each side of cutlet and beat till flat and tender. Dip into egg mixture and then into breadcrumbs coating both sides. Fry in deep oil until crisp and golden (3 mins per side?) garnish with slice of lemon and serve with green salad and saute potatös.
