Cajun Seasoning Mix

Zutaten

  • 1 Tablesp. Paprika, sweet
  • - 2 1/2 ts
  • - Salt 1 ts Onion powder 1
  • - ts Garlic
  • Powder 1 ts Ground red
  • - pepper (cayenne) 3/4 ts
  • - White pepper 3/4 ts
  • Black pepper 1/2 ts Dried
  • - thyme leaves 1/2 ts Dried
  • - oregano leaves

    Mix all ingredients well. This seasoning is fantastic when used on not only fish, but chicken and steak as well. Dip the meats in melted butter and then into this mix before cooking. Source: Paul Prudhomme's Seasoned America.
