Strawberry Shortcake

Zutaten

  • 3 EL Flaked almonds
  • 1/3 Tasse Cornflour
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 Tasse Lowfat yoghurt
  • 1 Essl Brandy
  • 1 Tasse Wholemeal selfraising flour
  • 1/2 Tasse Dark brown sugar
  • 1 TL Finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 Punnet strawberies

    Grease a 20cm non-stick cake tin and sprinkle 2 tblesps of the almonds over the base. Combine all ingredients except strawberries and brandy. Spoon mixture over almonds. Bake at 190C for 25 minutes. While shortcake is cooking, slice strawberries and sprinkle with brandy. Serve with wedges of the cake.
