Bourbon Honey Mustard

Zutaten

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 Tasse Honey
  • 0.25 Litr. Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Essl Hot Sauce
  • 3 Tasse Ground Mustard
  • - Colemans
  • 1 Tasse Black Mustard Seeds
  • - Crush
  • - in Blender
  • 2 EL Tarragon
  • - Dry, Crushed
  • 1/2 Tasse Shallots
  • - rough chopped
  • 1 Tasse Bourbon Whiskey
  • Combine Mustard Seeds, Tarragon, Shallots and Eggs in blender. Process smooth till all seeds are cracked. Bring to a boil remainder of ingredients and temper into above. Heat in double boiler till thick and smooth. Let age for 24 hours.

    Serving Ideas : Great for glazed ham, pork chops, chicken, sandwiches.
