  • 1 TL Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 TL Cinnamon
  • 8 Beutel Equal or Sweet and Low
  • 1 TL Baking soda
  • 7 EL Flour
  • 0.5 Tasse(n) Grated carrot
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tasse(n) Pumpkin
  • 1 TL Vanilla
  • 4 EL Raisins
  • 1. Spray 12 muffin tin with non fat spray. 2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tin. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Weight Watchers Info: 6 muffins = 1 Bread, 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat, 1 Milk
