Pizza Sauce

Zutaten

  • 1 # 10 Can Crushed Pear Tomato
  • 1 Tasse Diced Onions
  • 1 Tasse Tomato Paste
  • 120 g Olive Oil
  • 2 EL Garlic
  • - Minced
  • 2 EL Oregano
  • - Fresh, Minced
  • 4 EL Basil
  • - Fresh, Minced
  • 0.5 Litr. White Stock
  • 1 TL Pepper
  • - ground
  • 1/2 EL Coarse Salt
  • 30 g Romano Cheese
  • - Grated
  • Sautee Onions and Garlic in Olive Oil til translucent. Add remainder of Ingredients, except fresh Herbs. Simmer open for 30 Minutes. Add fresh Herbs, Romano Cheese and adjust Seasonings. Chill, Label, Date, Cover, Refrigerate.

    NOTES : Use 3 ounces per 12" Pizza, Chilled. Makes 48 Pizzas.
