Portobellos putzen, Stiel ausdrehen, in einer Mischung aus Essig, Jack Daniel's, Zwiebel und Knoblauch
marinieren. Dann kurz grillen, anschließend mit der Marinade begossen und bedeckt im Ofen auf jeder
Seite 10 Minuten dünsten.
Ziegenkäse schmeckt auch sehr gut auf Portobellos.
What I really like to do with my portobello mushrooms is to marinate them in a Jack Daniel's/vinegar
mixture with some garlic and onions.
I then grill them on the range for a few minutes and after that they go into the oven, covered, to be
"steamed" in the marinade sauce for about 10 minutes on each side. It's yummy!!! (Thank my carnivourous
friend for this idea, originally done with steak) Also, goats cheese is really good on portobellos, but in my
location its not always easy to find. Dös anyone know of a good substitute for goats cheese that could be
commonly be found? Enjoy!
